Tom Brady Claims Drone Video Of His Hole-Out Golf Shot Is Real

Tom Brady is gearing up for yet another edition of ‘The Match’ on June 1. To help promote the event, Brady put out a video of him on the course, holing an improbable shot from the fairway. Most people think the drone video is fake, but Brady says it’s real.

We can’t doubt Brady’s ability to hole out from the fairway seeing as how he did that exact thing during a previous edition of ‘The Match,’ but this video seems far too good to be true.

In the video, someone counts down so the drone pilot can capture the perfect shot as soon as the ball leaves Brady’s clubface. A few seconds later, Brady goes wild, clearly reacting to his ball going in the hole.

While the celebration seems genuine, the actual drone video is suspect, at best.

The video, or the edit, in my opinion, is epic but the motion of the ball and the speed at which it is moving before falling into the hole doesn’t seem right.

That golf ball is traveling no less than 50 mph as it hits the flag and drops. The edit may have made the golf ball look like it was moving faster than it actually was, but come on, this seems too perfect.

While the vast majority of people on social media are saying the video is fake, Brady is sticking to it actually being real.

Real or fake, it got people talking about Brady playing golf, which is a great promotion for the upcoming match with Aaron Rodgers, Josh Allen, and Patrick Mahomes.
