It appears that Tom Brady could be making his WWE debut in the near future.

Over the weekend, Brady went viral when he slapped Logan Paul during a panel at Fanatics Fest.

The two would settle their “beef’ at the World Cup final on Sunday.

According to TMZ, Brady is currently in talks with the WWE due to his relationship with TKO CEO Ari Emanuel.

TMZ Sports has learned there are ongoing conversations between the 7x Super Bowl-winning quarterback and World Wrestling Entertainment — meaning TB12 could soon find himself staring down his WWE Superstar rival in the ring, mano a mano.

On its face, it’d be a surprising partnership, until you look a bit deeper.

Brady is a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders … as is Ari Emanuel, CEO and Chair of TKO, the company that owns and operates WWE.

During a recent interview with WWE wrestler Cody Rhodes on the podcast, Brady expressed his interest in joining the WWE

“I need to get an invite,” Brady said. “I’ve been waiting for (president of WWE) Nick Khan to come up with some storyline for me to get in the mix. I feel like I’m retired from football, have an opportunity to go out there and still showcase that I’m a little bit of an athlete.”

While Brady will make a ton of money in the WWE, some people believe he’s ruining his legacy and brand by doing so. During a recent episode of Wake Up Barstool, Dave Portnoy believes Brady.

“This to me, is one of the great downfalls of an icon with Tom Brady. The way he is acting post-retirement, it’s a legacy that is being lame-ifyed”

“I use that word; people are like, ‘what does that mean?’ It means he’s becoming very lame. And it’s a guy who very few athletes— Michael Jordan, Messi, uh, Beckham, Gretzky— like, these are like superstars that seem so above the fray that you don’t want to see them mixed up in all sorts of lowbrow TikTok flag football leagues in Saudi Arabia or whatever it is.

“Everything about him is cringey right now to me.”
