Tom Brady is currently playing the 100th season of his career in the NFL (maybe just a slight exaggeration). At 45 years old, the clock is ticking on his career in football. However, while he chases one more ring with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it sounds like Brady is jumping shift to a different sport once he retires.

Tom Brady And Kim Clijsters Buy Expansion Team In Major League Pickleball

That’s right. There is no escaping Pickleball at this point. It’s the sport that has taken over the world. Now, Tom Brady and Tennis star Kim Clijsters are joining forces to buy a new expansion team in Major League Pickleball.

There are a ton of stars putting their hat into this league. LeBron James and Drew Brees are two other big names to have started an expansion team. Additionally, we’ve seen footage of guys like Kevin Durant and Rob Gronkowski playing the sport and absolutely loving it. Perhaps Tom Brady can shift his attention toward Pickleball once he finally retires from the NFL?

Although we’re being a bit sarcastic, it’s not out of this world for Brady to take up the sport. The guy is one of the most competitive people in the world. Additionally, many elderly people play Pickleball well into their 70s. Tom Brady could go from football to Pickleball and chase after championships in a completely different sport.

Of course, that is all speculation for now. Even so, this is an exciting time for Tom Brady and Kim Clijsters as they’ve secured their own team in the MLP at the perfect time.
