With Tua Tagovailoa’s future up in the air, the Miami Dolphins might actually be considering pursuing Tom Brady.

According to NFL Insider Rich Eisen, the top rumor he heard from the combine was Brady may unretire and join the Dolphins.

“Tom Brady may not be done after all. … The one place that folks are saying to keep an eye out for is Miami,”

Last week, Dolphins GM Chris Grier said he’s still waiting to talk to Tua and his people but is excited to bring Tua back next season.

“The one thing he’s had is he’s been banged up but always comes back and bounces back and plays hard and performs. So, excited for his future, excited for watching him doing all the work he’s been doing in the offseason here right now to prepare for 2023. And he’s very excited to get back on the field with his teammates.”

“I think all options, like I said, we’ll go through it here,” Grier said Wednesday. “We’re going to spend a lot of time here. And then that’s the good thing, we’re not rushed to [do] anything right now. We’ll be in touch with Tua’s representatives and Mike and I and Brandon will sit with Steve and we’ll make a push for things and we’ll talk and we’ll see where they stand.

“But, like I said, we’re very excited for him. The strides he made this year with Mike and the offense and you guys have been here and seen it. It was really exciting and to see the work he’s put in that you guys don’t see at the facility is really incredible.”

The Dolphins have been linked to Brady in the past and had to relinquish a first-round draft pick this year because they tampered with the now-retired Bucs QB.

It’ll be interesting to see if the Dolphins make a major push for Brady and move on from Tua this offseason.
