Tony Hawk Proves Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number, Lands A Nearly Impossible 900 At The Age Of 48

Tony Hawk is a living legend in the world of board sports, and to anyone that has ever stepped foot on a skateboard. He also lends his name to my absolute favorite video game franchise in history. I shit you not when I say I could’ve gone pro at Tony Hawk: Pro Skater on N64. Seriously bros, back in high school every day when I got home from school my routine was: run 2 or 3 miles, play Tony Hawk: Pro Skater for an hour, then go to crew practice. Over time that gameplay added up and I’m not even exaggerating when I say I was one of the best Tony Hawk: Pro Skater players in the world for a brief time due to repetition. And if you’re wondering the running every day before crew practice was to keep my weight down because crew, like wrestling, has weight limits for certain athletes and my body didn’t want to maintain those weights.

Anyways, I absolutely love this clip of Tony Hawk landing an extremely difficult 900 at the ripe old age of 48-years-old. He’s got kids who are old enough to be BroBible readers, he’s been skating longer than I’ve been alive, and he’s been a longtime idol of mine. Here’s that action once more in GIF:
