The Atlanta Hawks took on the New York Knicks on Wednesday night. For that reason, Trae Young took the opportunity to troll New York with his shoes.
Knicks fans tend to hate Young, as likes to rile up the fanbase every once and a while. Well, his shoe troll was funny until the Hawks lost the game.
The team’s Twitter page shared a snippet of the sneakers Trae Young wore to the game. They were the same color scheme as the Knicks and said, “King of Broadway.” In the end, that is just an awesome troll job by the Hawks’ guard. Not to mention, they are awesome kicks as well.

unfortunately for him, things didn’t pan out the way he had hoped. The Knicks took to the Hawks and won the game 113-89. Although Trae Young’s shoes were cool, New York had the last laugh.

As you can imagine, Knicks fans used the opportunity to troll the Hawks’ star point guard.
Trae Young was warming up in Knicks-colored sneakers with “King of Broadway” written on them.

Hey, they were really cool shoes though. But it would have been better if the Hawks won. Either way, Trae Young will seek redemption the next time his tame faces New York.
