Wheel of Fortune
Travis and Jason Kelce are two of the more famous athletes in America right now. Younger brother Travis has an edge with worldwide stardom as he is dating Taylor Swift who has become arguably the most famous singer on earth over the past 18 months due to the insane global success of the Eras Tour but Jason has come along for the ride as they have their ‘New Heights’ podcast together which has become the #1 podcast in sports depending on the week.
If I was a betting man I’d wager the Kelce Brothers are close to getting Joe Rogan levels of money from Spotify for their podcast and I haven’t even mentioned the fact that Travis just won another Super Bowl and one of them has appeared in 5 of the last 7 Super Bowls. They’re both so humble they’d never stoop to Ron Burgundy levels but they’re kind of a big deal.
Suffice it to say it was really strange that none of the contestants on a celebrity episode of Wheel of Fortune knew who they were. It was embarrassing for everyone involved including actresses Sarah Levy (Schitt’s Creek), Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), and fashion designer Christian Siriano. Check it out:

The fact that NONE of them could recognize Taylor Swift’s boyfriend in the clue is, to me, the most surprising aspect of all. If the answer to the puzzle was just ‘Jason Kelce’ they would get a pass but these celebrity Wheel of Fortune contestants aren’t people living under a rock. Speaking of living under a rock, I just saw this post on X (formerly Twitter) which is basically the exact thought I had:

It has been quite literally impossible to ignore the Kelce Bros craze over the past year AND they were very famous before Taylor Swift entered the picture!
