Rumors continue to swirl that Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is dating Taylor Swift. For his part, Kelce has done nothing to overtly squash the Taylor Swift dating rumors and appears to at least be having a little fun with it.
Just a day ago, after Rich Eisen made a bunch of Taylor Swift-heavy jokes about Travis Kelce returning to the field, Kelce chimed in with “Well played, Rich, well played” in the comments section. A day later, Travis Kelce is on Kristin Cavallari’s podcast talking about dating red flags and turn-offs.
The former Laguna Beach and The Hills star knows All Too Well what it’s like to be in a relationship with an NFL star. She was married to Jay Cutler for 10 years and they have three kids together. Interestingly, Cavallari didn’t outright ask Travis Kelce about the Taylor Swift dating rumors.
When discussing Kelce’s biggest dating turnoffs, he said “high maintenance” was an instant deal breaker for him. Saying “high maintenance, I’m out the door.” Adding “If you’re arrogant, snooty or just higher or above people, that’s the biggest turn-off for me.”
Travis Kelce went on to say that he’s basically looking for the same attributes his mother has but in a partner. Saying a partner needs “some sort of sweetness” like his “kind-hearted” mother Donna.
In that clip above, Travis Kelce talked about how he’s a guarded fortress when he first starts dating someone. Saying “To really dive into a relationship with somebody I feel like it’s going to take at least, I don’t know, it’s going to take some time.”
Kelcee alluded to stuff in his past making it difficult to dive immediately into a relationship. Saying “It’s not going to be immediate because, the stuff I’ve been through, just in my past, I feel like you really gotta know somebody to take that step and really be committed and be in full-throttle. I can’t just meet somebody and just automatically think that forever is just a day away.”
