Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end, Travis Kelce revealed his unsuccessful attempt to score off-field with pop sensation Taylor Swift.

Speaking on his “New Heights” podcast, Kelce recounted his plan to give his phone number to the renowned singer during her Eras tour stop at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kelce, who is no stranger to the end zone, decided to make a bold move and crafted friendship bracelets, each adorned with his phone number, hoping to present one to Taylor Swift.

However, much to his dismay, he discovered that Taylor has a strict policy of not meeting anyone before her performances to preserve her voice and energy for the show.

The rejection didn’t deter Kelce, who managed to find humor in the situation. His co-host, brother Jason of the Eagles, playfully speculated that Swift’s refusal might have something to do with her being a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan, possibly still harboring feelings from the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory over the Eagles.

Nonetheless, Travis Kelce handled the situation with grace and positive energy, acknowledging that he still had a great time at the concert.
