The biggest story in the WWE in several just got bigger. The Rock and John Cena shocked fans the Elimination Chamber event in Toronton on Saturday when they joined forces to turn on WWE champion Cody Rhodes. The dynamic duo was joined in the ring by rapper Travis Scott, who also got his licks in on Rhodes.
But there was just one big problem. Scott is not trained in professional wrestling and doesn’t quite know how to get his licks in without genuinely injuring his opponent. A report from Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Network suggests that Scott may well have taken things a bit too far.

Travis Scott Accidentally Left WWE Star Cody Rhodes With A Busted Eardrum
“Cody got hurt. I’m pretty sure it was Travis Scott that did it,” Meltzer said on his Wrestling Observer Radio show. “I’ve heard he had a busted eardrum and a black eye.”
Yikes! That does not sound fun for Rhodes. But wrestlers, much like hockey players, are tough sons of guns. In last year’s Royal Rumble, he had his tooth knocked out by fellow star Drew McIntyre. If that weren’t enough, Rhodes also wrestled with an absolutely disgusting looking torn pec shortly after returning to the WWE from AEW in 2022.

Meanwhile, it’s probably not the last we’ve seen of Scott in WWE. In early January, Scott accompanied WrestleMania main event star Jey Uso to the ring on the inaugural episode of RAW on Netflix. He return just months later and seemingly had the time of his life.
In a video posted by WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Scott expressed his excitement over being in the ring and his interest in quickly returning. Something tells us the WWE will be happy to have him back whenever he wants. But Rhodes may not be so excited about it.
