A roller coaster golf round from Trey Winstead is causing quite the reaction from fans. The former LSU Tiger was seen playing at Wigwam Golf Club over the weekend as he participated in a PGA Tour Canada qualifying event.

On paper, he shot a respectable 72. Not bad, though his final round would land him just a 101st place finish. But digging deeper into that scorecard, you see an absolutely bizarre path to even par.

While he ended his 18 holes not a stroke above or below even, he hit just one par on the day. The rest of the round led him on a wild ride of emotion as he followed up birdie with bogey hole after hole.

He even through an ace in for good measure.

Trey Winstead’s back nine included five bogeys, three birdies, and his lone par for a +2. The front nine was even wilder with four more bogeys, four birdies, and a hole-in-one as he shot two under.

Nothing but circles and squares on the card, which is almost more impressive than just going out and nailing every hole with par.

Golf fans were quick to react to the insane scorecard as they posted their hilarious reactions online.

One person wrote, “Lowkey as impressive as shooting 64.”

Another said, “What a disappointing 15th hole.”

Someone else commented, “My man made one par and still shot even for the day.” Quite impressive.

And while he shot even, it was far from uneventful.

Kyle Suppa, who played alongside Trey Winstead on this epic round, also posted a reply by saying, “I played with him…it was wild. Hole in one was one of the purest shots ever, too.”

It will likely be a while before you see another roller coaster round like this, especially from someone at Winstead’s level.
