Tyreek Hill is having a bit of a rough week. First, he was in court this week for a lawsuit by an influencer slash model who says he broke her leg. Meanwhile, as that was going on, his estranged wife was trying to get his police records to use in her divorce from the NFL wide receiver.
In the lawsuit filed by Sophie Hall, she claims that around 11 days after her son attended Tyreek Hill’s football camp in June of 2023, he flew her to his house.
Hill claims that while she was there, she allegedly humiliated him during a “backyard football lesson.” That caused Hill to become “enraged, and forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg, requiring surgery with orthopedic reconstruction and hardware implantation.”
Hall said that she didn’t leave or call the police after Hill allegedly broke her leg “because he was only aggressive in that moment after they had laughed at him and, and during those plays, but after the plays it went back to a normal demeanor, so he was being more himself.”
She also said that she slept with Hill twice, after he allegedly broke her leg because she “felt very vulnerable” and “wanted comfort.”
On Wednesday, jury selection got underway in a Broward County courtroom, according to WPLG News. Lawyers are expected to deliver opening statements in the trial on Thursday. The trial will likely last two weeks.
Tyreek Hill’s estranged wife wants to use investigations made into him for her divorce case
On Thursday, TMZ reported that court documents have revealed that Tyreek’s estranged wife, Keeta Hill, is attempting to issue subpoenas to police departments and prosecutors’ offices that previously investigated allegations against him.
She wants to use the subpoenas to gather evidence of “other crimes, wrongs or acts committed” by Tyreek and “certified copies of his grandparents’ (who are witnesses) criminal convictions.”
TMZ reports that Keeta is specifically requesting records from the Overland Park Police Department regarding alleged child abuse, the Still Water Police Department regarding an alleged assault of a woman named Crystal Espinal, and the NFL regarding the league’s 2019 child abuse investigation.

In April of 2025, Keeta, the sister of former NFL safety Kenny Vaccaro, claimed the wide receiver kicked her out of their home and took their four-month-old daughter without her consent after a fight.
In October of 2025, Keeta Hill’s divorce petition was unsealed. Keeta details eight alleged instances of domestic violence in the petition.
Among the alleged acts of violence committed by Tyreek Hill were spitting in his wife’s face, attempting forcibly to remove her wedding ring from her finger, grabbing, pushing, shoving, pinching, and throwing her to the ground, twisting and tugging on her intimate body parts, ripping her hair, grabbing her jewelry and clothing, and physically cornering and restraining her against her will including while she was pregnant with the couple’s child and on the day before she gave birth.
