The UFC 244 prelims have absolutely lived up to the BMF theme of the fight card.

With all four prelim fights ending via KO or TKO, the event is off to an incredible start, setting the stage for the UFC 244 Pay Per View main card on ESPN+.

In the evening’s featured prelims, seventh-ranked light heavyweight Corey Anderson ended the Johnny Walker hype train, obliterating the streaking contender in 2:07.

Dropping Walker early, Anderson used his ample gas tank to outpace, out work, and outstrike the longer and taller Brazilian.

The win, Anderson’s fourth in a row, is by far the biggest of his UFC career, and it may be enough to set up a potential title shot against champion Jon Jones.

In the penultimate prelim, New Yorker Shane Burgos came from behind to stop Finland’s Makwan Amirkhani via TKO.

Losing the first round, Burgos landed crips strikes in the second and third rounds while evading Amirkhani’s many takedown attempts.

The win is Burgos’ third straight.

Twenty-one year old Edmen Shahbazyan remained undefeated with an ultra-impressive head kick finish.

Needing just 2:27 to end Brad Tavares’ night, Shahbazyan, a protege of Ronda Rousey, is now 11-0 in his young MMA career.

The UFC 244 Pay Per View main card starts now on ESPN+.
