Holly Holm is getting ready for her March 25th fight in San Antonio and she’s currently in credible shape.
The 41-year-old Holm looks absolutely ripped in a recent Instagram video that shows her getting out of an ice bath.
“looking like a sunburn. As long as I make it past the first two minutes I’m good. But those first two always burn! Today was 6 minutes. Don’t let the frown mislead you… it always feels good afterwards!
Thank you @teamturningpoint @athleteoasis for always helping me with recovery. And to everyone that struggles with an ice bath….. I used to not be able to do it because my toes burned so bad. These little booties make it possible for me. So if you’re a wussy at ice baths (like me) these are a huge help. At least it gets me in the ice more often.”
Holm, who became an MMA legend for dethroning Ronday Rousey back in 2015, will be fighting against Yana Kunitskaya

Holm is currently coming off a split decision loss to Ketlen Vieira but has opened as -189 favorite vs Kunitskaya.
