Usain Bolt’s Ex-Girlfriend Allegedly Let Him Have Sex With Other Girls As Long As She Didn’t Find Out About It

My favorite “story” from the Rio Olympics is easily the one involving the philandering of record-setting Jamaican gold medalist Usain Bolt. He was “caught” on hooking up with a Brazilian groupie on social media, even though he has a girlfriend, the uber hot Kasi Bennett, that he’s planning on marrying. On top of that, he was caught on video grinding with another chick in a Rio club on his 30th birthday, making for one of the more-interesting athlete soap operas to come out of the Olympic games.

But is it really cheating if his girlfriend is cool with it? In Bolt’s 2013 autobiography, Faster Than Lightning, the runner discloses that he and his ex-girlfriend had an open relationship with one caveat: As long as she doesn’t find out. Via an excerpt publishing in the New York Post in 2013:

He had a “don’t ask don’t tell” policy with his first girlfriend.

Bolt was spoken for when he arrived in Beijing, already dating his first serious girlfriend, Jamaican runner Mizicann Evans, for five years.

But after becoming an overnight sensation, he found that the “ladies threw themselves” at him, he writes.
“I was able to get any lady I wanted . . . I could walk into a party and take my pick,” he writes. “I would go into a club and think, ‘Hmm, a’ight, which one? You . . . ? You . . . ? Oh, you! Let’s do this.’ ”

So, how did the couple last?

“We had one rule: If I was doing my thing with someone else and Mizzi didn’t know, then she was cool. But if she found out that something had happened between me and another girl, then that person had to go,” writes Bolt.

The couple has since split.

No word on whether he and his current girlfriend have such an arrangement. He’s made over $30 million in sponsorships over the past year, so just a hunch that they’ll work it out. Or not! Love is a fleeting thing when you’re the fastest man in the world.
