During last night’s Jazz-Thunder game, Russell Westbrook was caught on video getting into it with a Jazz fan.
In the video, Westbrook could be heard saying that he was going to fuck up the fan and his wife.

Westbrook claims that the fan told him to “get down on your knees like you’re used to” which he says he found “completely disrespectful”.

The fan involved in the altercation, Shane Keisel, spoke to a local Utah TV station about the incident and claims he did nothing wrong.

Shane Keisel, the fan, told me that he said he told Russ, “Ice those knees up! Ice those knees up!” Keisel said Russ responded that it was heat. According to Keisel, he then told Russ, “You’re going to need it.”

The Utah Jazz investigated the matter and have issued a lifetime ban to the fan for committing “excessive and derogatory verbal abuse’ in altercation with Westbrook

It is worth noting that Keisel has history of berating Westbrook on Twitter.

Update: Westbrook has been fined $25k for his involvement and Kiesel is now pursuing a lawsuit against the NBA star.
