The Golden State Warriors are on the bubble right now with the All-Star Weekend approaching. They need to turn things around if they hope to make the playoffs.
That might be a bit more difficult with the latest news though, as it sounds like they’ll be without Stephen Curry for a while.
According to Shams Charania, Curry is expected to be out for “multiple weeks.” He’s currently dealing with a left leg injury.

This is terrible news for the Warriors as they’re losing their best player at the most crucial time of the season.
Golden State currently resides in seventh place in the Western Conference. However, there are six teams that are all within at least two games behind them.
With that in mind, Warriors fans realize the situation as Stephen Curry’s injury could be dire for the team’s playoff hopes.
Damn that’s a killer. They were just getting healthy and this happens. Good thing is the ASB is coming up. They only have about 5 games in the next 2.5 weeks. In a stretch where the warriors are 1.5 games back of a 4 seed and 1.5 games ahead of a 12th spot…this sucks.

Curry’s timeline probably means he won’t participate in the All-Star game. That break could save the Warriors’ push for the playoffs.
With that said, keep a close eye on Golden State as they’ll be relying on everybody else to step up.
