It was really, really important to Portland State’s Bryce White that his Vikings lose to rival Portland by 12 points and not 14. So he did what every self-respecting athlete would do in the situation: fake a handshake, steal the ball and take it down the court for a dunk.
So, yeah, awesome work. Way to get your name out there to the masses for the right reasons.
Portland was a 1.5-point favorite over State, so no gamblers were harmed in the making of this anti-sportsmanship film.
Odds are Greg Schiano has already called White to congratulate him on his ability to PLAY UNTIL THE GODDAMN BUZZER.
