As the NFL offseason approaches, football fans once again find themselves left to wonder whether or not they will see some legends of the game suit up again next year.

As has become customary, fans are waiting to hear what the future holds for both Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.

Brady’s future is the bigger mystery of the two. He has gone through some major changes in his personal life over the past 6 months, will be 46 years old at the start of next season, and is coming off of a season that was pretty disappointing by Tom Brady standards.

If he returns, he would also be heading for free agency.

Now it seems there is at least some indication of what he could decide for his future.

According to the Tampa Bay Times’ Rick Stroud, those around Brady believe that he’s leaning towards returning to the NFL next year.

Brady hasn’t decided whether to continue his career, although many close to him believe it’s likely.

It’s not a huge surprise that Tom Brady would want to go out on a better note than this past season.

This year, Brady finished the regular season with a losing record for the first time in his career and the Bucs only made the playoffs because the NFC South was really bad this year.

They were bounced from the playoffs in the first round in a blowout loss at home to the Dallas Cowboys.

However, there could be some hope for improvement next year if he returns to the Bucs. The team’s offensive line had major issues after the surprise retirement of Ali Marpet and some injuries.

That may just be enough to bring the greatest quarterback of all time for one more season.
