The WNBA has punished the Seattle Storm co-owner who cursed at teenage Sophie Cunningham fans.
On Tuesday night, a group of teenage Sophie Cunningham fans were seen courtside at the Fever-Storm game holding signs showing support for Cunningham, and her recent comments against Trans athletes in youth sports.

According to online reports, Storm co-owner Celeste Keaton cursed out the teenage girls holding up the signs supporting Cunningham.

shirts, calling them “f*cking insane.” One of them was left in tears. I tried to get security involved and was told I should email the front office.
On Wednesday, the Storm apologized over the incident.
“We are aware one of our co-owners made comments to two fans in attendance at last night’s game,” Storm Majority Owner Ginny Gilder told Front Office Sports in a statement. “We apologize that this happened. Everyone who attends a Storm game deserves to feel welcome, and we remain committed to creating an inclusive environment where every fan is treated with respect.”
The WNBA responded by suspending Keaton from attending the next five Storm games.
