WWE has reportedly released NXT wrestler Keanu Carver following serious allegations, bringing his run with the company to an abrupt end.
A court granted an order of protection against Carver (real name Kevin Robertson) last week for allegedly making unsolicited calls and house calls to fellow NXT talent, reportedly Arianna Grace (real name Bianca Carelli, the daughter of Impact Wrestling’s Santino Marella).
The female talent, with whom Keanu Carver had previously been involved, filed for the order in a Florida court on September 14. The order forbids him from contacting the petitioner and requires him to maintain a minimum distance of 500 feet. On September 22, after a hearing, the court kept the order in place.
According to Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, “I am told Keanu Carver was actually released last week.”
The petition for the protection order made numerous accusations
Post Wrestling previously reported that, according to the 49-page petition filed by the female NXT talent, she and Carver dated, but the relationship had ended. In the days after the breakup, Carver allegedly made several unsolicited phone calls – up to 44 times in a single day – and made visits to the petitioner’s house.
The document included stills from a security camera outside the petitioner’s house showing Robertson’s alleged visits, as well as many screenshots that appear to show calls from Robertson to the petitioner.
The petition also claimed that on September 13, after Keanu Carver visited the petitioner’s home, refused to leave and threatened to hurt himself, the petitioner called the police. The petition states that Robertson left before the police arrived. The following day, the petitioner requested an order of protection from the court.
Death threats were allegedly made towards the woman as well as her cats
The petitioner also alleged that Keanu Carver “spat on me, physically restrained me from leaving his house” prior to their breakup. “[H]e has threatened to kill me, as well as my cats, he has woken me up by plugging my nose in my sleep, he has grabbed me by my throat multiple times and squeezed hard while threatening to kill me,” the petition alleges.
The petition also details multiple other alleged incidents, including Carver allegedly visiting her home while “intoxicated and under the influence of drugs and alcohol,” and in another instance, visited her home and knocked on the door, then circled the residence “all night long, finally leaving around 8 am or so.”
Prior to his wrestling career, Keanu Carver played defensive tackle for the Temple University Owls from 2019 to 2021 under his real name, Kevin Robertson. In late 2023, he signed a developmental contract with WWE and debuted on NXT television on December 12, 2023. He also participated in season 3 of the WWE reality show LFG.
