The Masters is a tournament full of proper decorum and etiquette. It is paramount at Augusta National at all times, but former Masters Champion Zach Johnson completely forgot about that.

The losing Ryder Cup Captain from last year came to the 12th hole on Friday at +4 for the tournament, right on the cut line.  But, disaster struck on arguably the most iconic par 3 in golf.

Zach Johnson’s tee shot was way long and left,  and forced him to re-tee. Then, his third shot was right of the green, but safe. A good chip on left him with twelve-or-so feet for double bogey up the hill. But, he missed that putt, and tapped in for his triple bogey,

What happened next was completely unexpected, especially from the normally mild-mannered Zach Johnson.

Yeah, I get the patrons were being a little sarcastic, but you cannot do that. Especially as a former Masters Champion, as he won here in 2007.

The 48-year-old missed the cut, but his tournament will be remembered for lashing out at the Masters patrons.
