Nike’s Funky Cereal-Inspired Pack Of Kyrie 4 Sneakers Starts Dropping This Weekend

Earlier this year, Kyrie Irving teased a cereal-inspired sneaker with the “Wheaties” Kyrie 4. Now Nike is bringing these “tasty treats” to consumers with three new colorways: “Cinnamon Toast Crunch,” “Kix” and “Lucky Charms” (the last of which Kyrie debuted last weekend at Team USA Basketball’s minicamp in Las Vegas).

The highly-anticipated shoes will be releasing early on select House of Hoops’ Mobile Trucks beginning on August 4th. The mobile pop-ups will appear at the NY vs. NY Championship at Rucker Park and at the Drew League in Los Angeles. The HOH Truck will also make surprise stops around Southern California and the Northeast August 4th through the 6th.

The cereal-inspired Nike Kyrie 4s will later be available at House of Hoops and Foot Locker locations nationwide beginning Saturday, August 11th.

As for the shoes themselves, the Flex Groove outsole has a zigzag cutout along the bottom for excellent flexibility and traction. The sides of the sole are curved to enable smooth transitions and fast, fluid play. Under your foot is lightweight foam with Nike Zoom Air cushioning in the heel. Throughout the forefoot, mesh keeps air flowing to help your feet stay cool, while ultralight, super-strong Flywire cables provide support during sharp cuts.
