Reebok Unveiled Their Newest Must-Cop Allen Iverson Signature Sneaker, The Iverson Legacy

Reebok put their money where their mouth is this week when it comes to their long-time and continuing association with NBA legend Allen Iverson by unveiling their long-awaited follow-up to the Answer XIV called the Iverson Legacy.

As Reebok Chief Executive Officer Matt O’Toole pointed out just a couple of weeks ago, “[Allen Iverson] has a place in our heritage, and there is a group of consumers who want to connect to that. He’s relevant for a lot of our consumers.”

Of that there is little doubt.

Another thing that is of little doubt is the fact that these new Reebok Iverson Legacy sneakers will be very popular.

Much like the Iverson IV kicks that were made especially for the Allen Iverson Roundball Classic and the BAIT x Reebok Question Mid “Snake 2.0”, these Iversons are going to be, at least initially, not very easy to come by.

Officially launching November 17 on Reebok.com for $160, the Iverson Legacy sneakers will be first be exclusively available this weekend at the Reebok booth onsite at ComplexCon, alongside a custom version from sneakerhead and former Complex editor, Russ Bengtson.

However, if you are going to be heading to ComplexCon, you will be in for an additional special treat as Iverson himself will also be onsite to officially debut the sneaker.

Featuring an entirely new design, the sneaker is the first collaboration between the two in four years, and pays tribute to the basketball star’s life and career.

The sneaker combines design elements from some of his most iconic Reebok models and reinterprets them for today. Some of his past shoes that can be found within the Legacy include the Question, Answer, Answer II, Answer III, Answer IV.
