TMZ is reporting that Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct in public. LaBeouf was taken into police custody after getting wasted in Georgia at 4 A.M. on Saturday morning. The Hollywood actor was booked for disorderly conduct, obstruction, and public drunkenness. He is currently filming his new movie “The Peanut Butter Falcon” in Savannah, Georgia.
Shia has a history of encounters with the law while under the influence. The 31-year-old was arrested in 2014 outside a New York City cabaret for “drunken behavior.” LaBeouf was arrested for drunk driving in West Hollywood in 2008. In January, Shia was arrested in New York City for assaulting a man during his anti-Trump “He Will Not Divide Us” art project at the Museum of the Moving Image.
A few weeks ago, LaBeouf was caught exposing himself as he peed in the ocean on Tybee Island near Savannah. Last September, Shia claimed that he had been sober for almost a year.
