The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree for John Daly II. The 13-year-old son of John Daly flaunted his power game that even impressed his pro golfer pops. Daly and his son played in the 2016 PNC Father/Son Challenge this weekend at the Ritz Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, and it wasn’t John Daly that people were talking about, it was John Daly II.
Just like his father, lil John was rocking colorful shorts. And just like his father, lil John drove the ball far.
On the 18th tee, the younger Daly bombed it out there into the fairway, even surpassin some of the competition.

Papa was proud.
Following their opening-round 64, the senior Daly talked about how great it was to play alongside his son. John Daly II hopes to be a professional golfer when he grows up and that definitely seems in the cards.
