Lifter Supersets Deadlifts With Backflips Because Sometimes A Bro Just Has To Show Off


It gets pretty boring in the gym. You’re doing the same old exercises, on the same old machines, talking to the same old people. Sometimes a bro just has to liven things up!

Maybe mix in random backflips to your typical routine? Just stop between each rep and backflip around the gym. This guy did it in between deadlifts.

Just make sure there’s enough room to execute the flip and for the EMTs to get in the stretcher after you knock out some random gym rat just trying to get in a work out.
