Marvin Harrison Jr. is arguably the top wide receiver in the 2024 NFL Draft class, and he’s expected to hear his name quickly after the selection process begins.

When that time does come, he’ll celebrate in style. The pass catcher is sporting a diamond encrusted chain that shouts out his NFL father, and it probably cost a small fortune.

Ohio State posted a photo of Harrison’s draft day getup, focusing on the jewelry that ties the ensemble together. An emblem on the necklace shows Marvin Harrison Jr. at the top with a reflection of Marvin Harrison Sr. shown upside down below his son.

What couldn’t be seen in the image shared by the Buckeyes’ social media account, though, was the flip side of the chain showing a lion and cub, again symbolizing the father-son relationship.

The next generation is officially here!

Marvin Harrison Jr. will be one of the top three wideouts off the big board in Thursday night’s opening round. Where he ends up is yet to be determined, though the Colts might be his most desired landing spot.

Things would really come full circle if that becomes the case!

Harrison’s WR1 status comes following an extremely productive career in Columbus where he hauled in 144 receptions for nearly 2,500 yards over the last two years.

He’ll look to follow in his father’s footsteps with a successful NFL career, where Marvin Sr. racked up 1,102 catches and 128 touchdowns across a 13-year Hall of Fame tenure. Both of those numbers rank fifth all-time.

Tough shoes to fill, but Harrison Jr. seems up for the challenge!
