It’s not uncommon for NFL players to get pissed off about their own Madden ratings, but they often just use it as motivation or jokingly complain to EA Sports about it. Not All-Pro cornerbacks Josh Norman and Patrick Peterson, though, who are fully involved in a Twitter battle because of the ratings.

After the above video surfaced last week of Norman getting burned by teammate Pierre Garcon at training camp, Peterson took a quick jab at his fellow corner, poking fun of the fact that Norman has the highest rating in Madden.

As you might imagine, that didn’t sit well with the new Washington Redskins player, as he fired back at Peterson.

And when asked about Peterson’s comments following a recent practice, Norman joked that he has yet to get scored on while playing Madden, and then laughed and dropped the mic.

It’s too bad these two guys play the same position, because you just know they’d go at it on the gridiron had they been able to line up across from one another.
