Texas Tech Safety Trolls Reporters On Big 12 Media Day With BINGO Card

Conference media days are predictably boring every year and a low point of the Summer for college football. Texas Tech safety Jah’Shawn Johnson figured he’d break out of the typical Big 12 Media Day monotony by trolling the sports reporters on hand to ask the same boring ass questions that they always ask

Jah’Shawn Johnson put together a BINGO card with 24 squares. Johnson wrote down a predicted question in each of the 24 squares, and each time one of the reporters asked one of this predicted questions he marked off the box and put the reporter on blast for asking cookie cutter questions. Miraculously, Jah’Shawn Johnson not only hit BINGO but he hit BINGO a whopping FIVE TIMES on his card.

Texas Tech Football tweeted out a picture of Johnson’s BINGO card after a day of trolling reporters:

“We got together and came up with a few questions we thought the media would ask us, so I did bingo earlier and I have a bunch that I can mark out now,” Johnson said. “It’s been fun.” (via)

I wouldn’t exactly classify this under the #TrollHard realm of trolling, but it’s definitely an effective way to call out lazy reporters on Big 12 Media Day for being predictable year after year. (h/t USA Today)
