Watching dogs surfing is a great reason for the internet to exist, but there is also a much weirder side of the web that we can’t explain. You know what we’re talking about. You’ve seen it. There is a whole world of WTF that without the internet we wouldn’t know existed.

Let’s start with YouTube Benjamin Bennett who has 149,528 subscribers and 281 videos that ALL look like this…

Weird. But not as weird as Blank Room Soup.avi, a video which depicts an anonymous man crying while eating the contents of a bowl with a huge spoon. Why? We may never know.

How about The Max Headroom Incident? Over thirty years ago, in 1987, Chicago’s TV channel WGN was hacked twice – once during a football game, and a second time during an episode of Doctor Who. How whoever did this managed to pull it off with the technology of the day is still a mystery, as is why they did it in the first place.
