For those looking to get away for a while, Airbnbs have exploded in popularity. However, for this TikToker, their stay took an unusual turn.
The viral clip, which has garnered 467,500 views, begins with Munsi (@munsicus) filming themselves in the kitchen mirror.
They then panned the camera to a “weirdly-placed murder door” tucked almost behind the fridge. The door, apparently, “leads to a creepy crawl space.”
As Munsi turned around, they showed a second door labelled: “The Big House Exit.”
However, ironically, the door didn’t actually lead to the exit. The TikToker also noted how the door slides closed “of its own volition.” They then showed the room that the door led to, which was a tiled room with another door. This door, presumably, led to the actual exit.
However, the most peculiar part was the trap door under the table. Munsi said this door “leads to a subterranean room that is floored only by loose rocks.”
They revealed they put the table on top of the door “because we are not here to get murdered by ghosts. That said, if we do get murdered by ghosts, I’m open to it. Let’s stay in a haunted Airbnb. Let’s do it. Life is short, I am tall, let’s treat ourselves.”
In the video description, they added, “Not shown: There’s a cuck chair in every bedroom, and the regular decor is from the 1930s. This place is so haunted and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!”
BroBible reached out to Airbnb via email, and Munsi via a TikTok comment.
What Did Viewers Think?
“So you’re going to need to update us when your trip is over for proof of life,” one commenter wrote.
“Are you at a Barbarian-themed Airbnb perhaps?” a second asked.
While a third said, “I’m really concerned on why your first thought is ghost and not actual creepy real people that could possibly be there.”
As for the trap door and room, a fourth noted, “The floor door in the ‘exit’ room is likely a tornado shelter. Assuming you are located in a state that has tornadoes. I have no explanation for anything else.”
While a fifth quipped, “I’d like to know the pictures that you saw and said ‘Yea we’re gonna book this one?'”
There’s An Update
In the first follow-up video the creator posted, there was footage of two different bedrooms: both with their own “cuck chairs.”
One bedroom featured a normal chair, while another featured a larger, more comfortable-looking armchair. The latter room also had a laptop being charged in it, indicating that this was the bedroom being used.
In the second follow-up, the TikToker filmed the exterior of the home, which had a sign on it saying, “The Big House.”
“I may have gotten out, but a part of it will be with me forever,” Munsi said. “I’ll always remember the time I spent in The Big House.”
They made their third follow-up in response to a comment that read: “I love how you clearly picked the room with the good quality cuck chair despite the beds being the same.”
They said, “I just want to make sure everybody’s having a good time you know, I want to make sure everybody’s comfortable. I want to see everyone in a nice chair enjoying the thing that they like.”

Hidden Rooms In Airbnb Rentals Aren’t Always Welcomed
Unique Airbnbs are becoming increasingly common—but not all of these quirks are welcomed. In 2021, for instance, an Airbnb went TikTok-viral after the guest found a hidden room behind a vent, leading to fears that they were being watched.
More recently, TikToker @mich3113.0 went viral after they and two other holidaymakers discovered a hidden door in the ceiling of a room. This wasn’t just an attic—things were a little more unhinged than that. Instead, it was an entire room. The TikTok was soundtracked by the viral audio: “I think I’m gonna die in this house.”
Fortunately, they didn’t.
