Andrew Tate’s beef with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is escalating very quickly. After arriving in Florida last week, Tate, who is currently being investigated for sex trafficking charges in Romania, was blasted by DeSantis.

“Florida is not a place where you’re welcome with that type of conduct. Our Attorney General, James Uthmeier, is looking into what state hooks and jurisdictions we have to deal with this. I don’t know how it came to this. We were not involved. We were not notified. I found out through the media.”

Florida’s Attorney General James Uthmeier revealed that the state had opened a criminal investigation into Tate and his brother upon DeSantis’ request.

“Last week, I directed my office to work with our law enforcement partners to conduct a preliminary inquiry into Andrew and Tristan Tate.”

“Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I’ve directed the Office of Statewide Prosecution to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas in the now-active criminal investigation into the Tate brothers.”

After spending the weekend in Las Vegas, Andrew claims he has returned to Miami, Florida, and is daring DeSantis to arrest him.

“I am in Miami @GovRonDeSantis. Find probable cause and arrest me.”

“Tell that weak little twig AG to stop pretending he’s a man on the news and come arrest me. Then charge me with a crime.”

“This is America. The America my father served for. This isn’t Romania where you can arrest people for zero. I dare you to arrest me and charge me so I can clear my name in a court of law. Come get me I’m home and waiting all day.”
