Two weeks ago we found out that Bad Boys 3 is definitely happening when there were photos posted by Martin Lawrence and Will Smith. Now we finally know the title of Bad Boys 3 and it’s a little wacky and a little ’90s-ish.
Most reports over the past few years said that the title for the third chapter of the buddy cop classic would be Bad Boys For Life. And it will still be that title, but not exactly. The title of the third movie will be Bad Boys for Lif3. See, the “E” in the word “Life” is a “3” so that you know that this is the third Bad Boys movie. I see what you did there.

That title is cold, but so was your mama’s bed. Whether you think its corny or not, you know you’re going to go see Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowery handle shit in the new movie. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence shared photos and videos on Instagram to get you even more amped about BB3.
In other Bad Boys 3 news, the film is said to start production on January 14 and wrap up on April 11. The movie will reportedly film in Atlanta and Miami. Michael Bay is gone, but we get directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, who previously worked on FX’s show Snowfall. Jerry Bruckheimer will produce the movie. The most recent script was written by Chris Bremner of The Wedding Ringer fame starring Kevin Hart and the script is said to have the “right mixture of action set pieces and laughs.”
