A video of Marvel Cinematic Universe star Benedict Cumberbatch getting into an argument with a fellow cyclist in London has gone viral on social media. The entire exchange can best be defined as being intensely British: set in London, passive aggressive barbs, cycling, and so on.
In the clip, a masked cyclist squares up to Benedict Cumberbatch and calls him “deluded,” accusing him of lying about what happened between the pair at a traffic light. Cumberbatch responds that he was listening and defends his actions.

“Dude, you verbally abused me,” Cumberbatch retorted, prompting the the masked cyclist to sarcastically mock a crying gesture.
“Oh no, I verbally abused the guy who completely repeatedly broke the law,” he barbed.
“I did it once,” Cumberbatch reasoned.
“And then you went through a zebra crossing. You went through three lights,” the cyclist claimed.
