We are exactly a week away from Activision unveiling the new multiplayer mode for the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. If the event wasn’t already hyped, Activision built up even more anticipation with a teaser video of the multiplayer mode for Modern Warfare and it looks tremendous.

Developer Infinity Ward gave gamers a taste of what’s to come in the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare as far as multiplayer goes. The very short Call of Duty clip teases what the entrance for multiplayer will look like — a helicopter drop-off in the middle of the battle zone.

The mood of the quick clip is like the beginning of a campaign mission, but its actually for multiplayer.

According to Twitter account @charlieINTEL, a Call of Duty news provider, “the helicopter entrance style is not the only entrance versions there are.” Parachutes? Pop-out of a submarine? Wear jetpacks into battle?

Last week, Activision teased their brand-new Gunsmithing system for the multiplayer game mode in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

“Getting the right selection of attachments is vitally-important to your Multiplayer game,” Activision explained. “Thankfully, there’s an impressive array of options, as we cycle through some of the many customization options, at various times locking in a Muzzle Break, Balanced Suppressor, Scout Combat Optic, Lightweight Stock, CQB grip, Corp Combat and Holo Sight.”

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare premiere event goes down on August 1st at 1 PM EST.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare drops on October 25 and will be available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You might want to notify your girlfriend to make plans with her friends for the end of October and all of November.
