Los Angeles Sparks star rookie forward Cameron Brink hopes to one day feature as a model in the pages of Sports Illustrated.

Speaking to Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George on his podcast, Brink revealed that she wants to model for Sports Illustrated‘s famed “Body Issue”, which shows men and women from all different sports posing in their birthday suits in an effort to admire the sheer scientific brilliance of top athletes.

Asked by George if there’s any other magazines she aspires to feature in after appearing on the cover of SLAM, Brink said that she’d want to do the Body Issue.

She also added that she’s always loved the Swimsuit issue, which is wise considering that the Body Issue was discontinued in 2019.

“I think as a female athlete, the Body Issue is dope just to see how your body is as an athlete, purely as an athlete. Just to appreciate that our bodies are machines, it’s how we make out money, so I’ve always thought that’s a really cool concept. Or Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, I’ve always loved that, I think it’s super empowering.”

Brink also mentioned that she just modeled for a Skims underwear campaign alongside fellow WNBA stars Kelsey Plum, Skylar-Diggins Smith, Candace Parker, and Dijonai Carrington.

“I just did Skims which was like a huge… I manifested that,” Brink said as George tried to casually chime in “Yeah, I saw that.” We’re sure you did see that Paul, We all did.

Now that Brink has publicly expressed her desire to model for Sports Illustrated, the publication will surely be knocking on her door when it comes time to put together their roster for the 2025 issue.

Taken with the #2 overall pick behind only Caitlin Clark in the 2024 WNBA Draft, Brink has played in three games thus far (as of Thursday, May 23) and is averaging 25 minutes, 6 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.
