Tennessee congressman Tim Burchett has been one of the most outspoken government officials when it comes to exposing what the United States actually knows about UFOs.
In January, Burchett accused the government of not being honest with the public about UFOs and aliens, saying, “This thing is a huge cover up, for whatever reason. And I just feel like America is ready, we need to know, and to stop with all the shenanigans.”
Then this past March, Burchett claimed the United States government has in its possession alien tech that it is currently being reverse-engineered.
Now, with intelligence office whistleblower David Grusch claiming the United States not only has UFOs of non-human origin, but has also recovered alien bodies, Burchett is back on his soapbox.
During a recent interview with the Event Horizon podcast, Congressman Burchett said about the government cover ups, “We’ve been dealing with this since 1947, probably since about 1893 [actually 1897] in what was the Aurora, Texas [UFO crash].
He continued, “I’ve said this before they could turn us into a charcoal briquette if they can travel light years or at the speeds that we’ve seen and defy physics as we know it, fly underwater, don’t show a heat trail, things like that, then we are vastly, you know, we’re out of our league. We couldn’t handle it. We couldn’t fight them if we wanted to. That’s why I don’t think that they’re a threat to us or they would already have been.”
This past February, it was reported that a Reagan administration cabinet member (some speculate, based on the positions and timeline that the person is John Herrington) cried himself to sleep after being briefed on the real truth about UFOs in the 1980s.
In April, Sean Kirkpatrick, Director of the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), and former Harvard Astronomy chair Avi Loeb published a research paper in which they stated that UFOs that defy the laws of physics could be alien probes from a “parent craft” sent to study Earth.
What is the truth, what is speculation and what is just outright fiction about UFOs is becoming harder and harder to discern. Hopefully the efforts of Congressman Burchett, Senator Josh Hawley and others within the government will make things more transparent going forward.
