Dennis Rodman is back in the news this week as the 62-year-old Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer decided to celebrate his love for his girlfriend by getting her face tattooed on his right cheek.

A video posted to social media shows Rodman seemingly soon after getting the tattoo done and can be heard saying something about getting a drink, although it’s unclear exactly what he says.

“So I ain’t do too much today, cooled out at my townhome tattooed a living legends face of his woman on his face, that’s about it… What y’all do?” the caption of the Instagram post from the apparent tattoo artist reads.

Rodman, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame back in 2011, played in the NBA from 1986 to 2000 and won five NBA titles along the way.

Best known for his time with the Bad Boy Detroit Pistons (1986-1993) and Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls (1995-1999), Rodman also played for the San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Lakers, and Dallas Mavericks. He also played internationally, with stops in Mexico, Finland, and various minor leagues. In addition to his basketball career, Rodman also dabbled in wrestling, movies, and reality television.

The 62-year-old has also had a famously headline-grabbing life off the court, too, as he previously dated the likes of Madonna and Carmen Electra and infamously befriended North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

Last year, it was reported that a film about Dennis Rodman’s infamous trip to Las Vegas during the 1998 NBA Finals, was being turned into a feature film that was being written by Jordan VanDina and set to star Jonathan Majors in the lead role. Given the current legal situation surrounding Majors — the 33-year-old MCU star is set to begin trial for alleged assault charges on August 3 — it is currently unclear what the status of the project is.
