Disney Reveals Tons Of Awesome Easter Eggs In Mind-Blowing Twitter Thread

Folks, I’m a sucker for a good Easter Egg. Ye’ ole wink n’ nod. Something about references to other pieces of pop culture being hidden in plain sight excites the movie nerd in me. I can’t help it. Take Pixar, for example. Not only are they jam-packing their movies with references to their other franchises and characters, but apparently, they’re all connected and are vaguely telling some uniform story about man vs. machine vs. animals *exhales bong rip*. Wild shit. I just like the meta-fourth-wall-breaking idea of movies being aware of movies.

So, while I don’t usually enjoy forced and generally corny brand engagement threads on Twitter, I did rather enjoy this recent one from Disney’s various subsidiaries dropping largely previously unseen Easter Eggs. You can find the entire thread on Twitter here (careful reading the replies, though, it might spoil the Easter Eggs for you if you’re trying to figure them out yourself). I included some screenshots below because it’s just cleaner and less cluttered looking.

For the James Mangold one, if you look in the corners, you can see a silhouette of Wolverine’s claws.

Speaking of Easter Eggs, funnily enough, today is Easter, so to those celebrating, I wish you the best. To those not celebrating, I wish you exactly the same. Today may not be ideal, but think about how much more you’ll enjoy next year.
