The New York Giants had a pretty rough weekend.

And the worst part of it may not have even taken place on an NFL field.

The Giants began the weekend by getting absolutely decimated by the NFC East-rival Philadelphia Eagles in an NFC Divisional Round playoff game, 38-7.

Quarterback Daniel Jones, who is set to become a free agent, went just 15-of-27 for 135 yards and one interception in the contest. While superstar running back Saquon Barkley got just 11 touches in the contest for 82 yards.

But it was on Sunday, well after the loss, that things got much worse for Jones, Barkley and company.

Man Jumps On New York Giants Players At Drake Concert

With their season over and the offseason underway, Jones, Barkley and some Giants teammates decided they would take some time to enjoy themselves. This included attending a Drake concert at the famous Apollo Theater in New York City.

But according to PageSix.com, things got a bit dangerous when the rapper brought fellow star 21 Savage up on stage.

When Drake brought rapper 21 Savage onstage about 90 minutes into his set at the historic Harlem theater, a man fell from the balcony into the orchestra pit.

Another source at the concert told us that he didn’t actually didn’t fall, but rather “jumped into the crowd from the balcony because he was so hyped!”

But this fan didn’t just jump (or fall, depending on who you ask) anywhere. Nope. Instead, they landed in the laps of the Giants players.

Either way, he plummeted from the lower mezzanine to the floor — and, according to a source, “landed on the New York Giants!”

“The football players were in that area,” said the showgoer.

According to the report, Drake then stopped the show and medical personnel checked the fan, who was miraculously okay. The Shade Room later shared footage of the fall and the man being escorted out on its Instagram page.

According to Page Six, Barkley and Jones were joined by All-Pro tackle Aaron Judge. Odell Beckham Jr. and Aaron Judge were also reportedly in attendance.

Apolllo Theater Shares Statement Following Incident With Show Attendee

It didn’t take long for the theater itself to weigh in with a statement on its Instagram page.

“Unfortunately, last evening an incident occurred with an audience member who landed in the orchestra from the lower mezzanine,” reads the statement. “Drake, Apollo and SiriusXM halted the show immediately when learning of a potential fan injury and standard protocols were taken. They were seen immediately by EMS on site. The fan and other audience members reported that they were OK. No major injuries have been reported. The Apollo is investigating the situation further.”

Sounds like attendees got quite the show.
