Going to pick up a bite to eat, for many, can be a lifesaver. It can be a break from cooking at home, a meal on a long trip, or even just a snack for a “cheat day.” For that reason, many Americans turn toward fast food for quick cravings.
But one man is currently going viral after discussing his not-so-stellar experience with a Burger King chicken wrap.
TikToker @hotrod_the_adliber tells his audience in a video with more than 523,000 views that the “Honey Mustard Royal Crispy Wrap” at a select location in Florida made him physically gag. He also noticed sections of “pure fat” that were gummy and strange to chew. According to his viewers, some portions of his meal appeared to be completely raw.
Now, he’s asking the chain to take accountability online. The content creator has publicly stated he wants Burger King to address his experience. As of this writing, however, there’s been no indication that the fast-food chain has reached out to him.
What’s The Issue With The Wrap?
When the TikToker first started eating the wrap, he says he noticed there was a gummy fat in it that he had to pull on with his teeth. Upon taking a second bite, he realized the meat was “gooey.”
“I look at it, bro. Bro, it’s not even chicken meat,” he says. “ It’s, like, a clear, glistening, gummy… texture. I’m, like, almost about to throw up thinking about it, too. And to show you that I’m not crazy, like, half of it was, like, chicken, the other half is, like, some gooey stuff.”
The content creator takes his wrap and shows it to the camera, which reveals a grayish, pinkish meat. At first, the TikToker guesses that it was raw chicken. But the content creator questions whether it is even meat after looking at it.
“And I’m looking, I’m like, ‘Is that raw? They really gave me raw chicken?’ That’s what I’m thinking,” he says. “But now that I… look at it, it’s not even chicken. I don’t know what it is. I had to put this here because I was kind of, like, foaming a little bit from, like, gagging, right?”
In a second video, he fully opens his wrap “a day later.” The content creator gags while looking at the chicken inside the meal.

What Did Viewers Say?
Many viewers suggested that the meat was simply raw. But there were a few who suggested the meat had sinister origins. Namely, that the meat came from an artificial source.
“How are we halfway thru 2026 and ppl still have no idea what you’re eating. We haven’t had real actual food in over 4yrs. Especially the meats,” one commenter said. “Everything is ultra processed too. It’s definitely not chicken. Include fruits and veggies.”
“It’s raw but it ain’t chicken,” another commenter added.
“It’s lab grown meat,” a third viewer said.
As of 2025, there were only five companies approved to cultivate meat in the United States, which did not include Restaurant Brands International, the parent company of Burger King.
Additionally, multiple states have outright banned the manufacturing and distribution of cultivated meat. The TikToker resides in Florida, where companies are not allowed to distribute or sell cultivated meat. A federal appellate panel upheld Florida’s ban on lab-grown meat in 2026.
In other circumstances, Burger King customers have complained about receiving less-than-savory offerings from the chain. A woman ordered a burger from the fast-food establishment, only to claim it had mold on its bun. Regular meals can be entirely unappetizing, especially if they’re raw.
