30 years. It’s been three decades since Will Smith pulled up to the doorstep of his uncle’s Brentwood, California mansion to star in what would become one of the most iconic pieces of entertainment of the 90s.

Now, to mark the show’s 30th anniversary in the year 2020, Will Smith (now 51) teamed up with the owners of the $8.8 million mansion to to make one wing available for rent on AirBnB.

Smith made the announcement over the weekend with DJ Jazzy Jeff.

One night in Smith’s bedroom will cost $30, and it’s being offered for five nights in total (October 2, 5, 8, 11 and 14).

Obviously, this is a thinly-veiled marketing ploy, but credit where credit’s due: this house is the freshest.

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
