We Asked Tyler And BK From Florida-Georgia Line What It Means To #GetCountry This Summer With Old Camp Whiskey

Presented by Old Camp Whiskey

You know what rules in the summertime? Kickin’ it with your whole crew, tailgating, and getting your yeee-haw on for a country show. Nothing beats a day in the sunshine getting rowdy with friends, enjoying those oh-so-precious summer moments together before you sing your heart out in a huge crowd of familiar strangers.

Florida-Georgia Line is current in the middle of their “Can’t Say I Ain’t Country Tour,” with plenty of time left on the summer touring calendar to cruise your way on over to an FGL show, complete with Morgan Wallen and Dan + Shay on the bill.

All summer long, Tyler, BK, and the crew over at Old Camp Whiskey has asked people to shared #HowIGetCountry #GetCountry on Instagram, while tagging @OldCampWhiskey on a public Instagram page. You can enter to win tickets to an upcoming FGL show, gratis of the fine folks at Old Camp Whiskey. See all the rules RIGHT HERE.

In the meantime, a couple weeks ago we asked Tyler and BK what it means to THEM to #GetCountry. After all, gettin’ country is in the eye of the beholder, whether it’s a trip down a back road or hanging around the camp fire with friends.

“I think Country is a way of life– being a good husband, taking care of family, working hard and giving to those in need,” Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelly tells BroBible. “It’s also enjoying the outdoors and appreciating what’s right in front of you — it’s just that SIMPLE.”

For Tyler Hubbard, BK’s partner-in-rockin out, #GetCountry is “all in our roots.”

“It’s spending time at the farm with the family, and still gettin’ a little muddy with the guys on four wheelers – You can’t say we ain’t Country,” Tyler tells BroBible.

And what’s #GetCountry mean to me? Growing up in deep in the woods and farmland of Pennsyltucky, it’s about chasing trout through limestone streams and starring nights at the lake with a bottle of Old Camp Whiskey and plenty of laughs with family and friends, bonded in friendship and fellowship.

In a lot of ways, the summer is just beginning. Don’t forget to take a big ole breath and enjoy every second of it.

Cheers and don’t forget to #GetCountry out there this summer!
