Jake Paul has been earning money hand over fist for years between YouTube, Boxing, endorsements, and countless other revenue streams.

As one of the wealthiest influencers on the planet, though he’s more of a professional boxer now than an influencer, he has amassed a fortune. And Jake Paul just put a large chunk of that fortune towards his new $15,750,000 mansion in Puerto Rico.

Jake Paul purchased ‘The Legacy’ mansion in Dorado, Puerto Rico from St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina for $15,750,000. ‘The Legacy’ was initially listed at $19,995,000 but sold for $15.75M this week to Jake.

This mansion is sprawling. It has over 12,000 square feet. There are 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, it was built in 2021, and has every luxurious amenity under the sun.

Caribbean Realty has a video tour of Jake Paul’s mansion on their YouTube channel for the world to see what $15.75 million buys you in Puerto Rico:

The private bar area has a built-in ‘Custom Crafted Samsung TV’, the first home on Puerto Rico to have this new luxurious feature. Jake Paul’s owner’s suite has floor to ceiling windows, a spa-like ensuite bathroom, and custom finishes.

Dorado, the neighborhood where Jake’s new mansion is located, is one of the most luxurious in all of Puerto Rico. There are world-class beaches nearby, shopping, and the Dorado Beach East Golf Course.

TMZ writes this mansion has a dry bar, wet bar, and 6 gar garage.

Jake Paul’s next fight will be against Nate Diaz on August 5th on DAZN PPV. Presumably, Jake will do the bulk of his training at his new mansion in Puerto Rico.
