Father’s Day is right around the corner, and there are plenty of gifts out there that aren’t a tie your dad doesn’t need. You don’t have to break the bank to think outside the box and get a present that isn’t an accessory of clothing, but if you’re looking for a true value, you don’t have to look any further than an absolutely ridiculous deal that’s being offered by Jim Beam.
While you go out and get your dad a bottle of whiskey, you might want to think instead about spending that same amount to purchase a luxurious vacation to the state of Kentucky for the same price as a bottle of the brand’s underrated Black label. It’s called the “Bonding Over Bourbon Experience,” and I challenge you to find another travel package out there that costs $24.99.
According to VinePair, the trip comes with a ridiculous amount of perks:
[T]he package includes two round-trip flights to Kentucky, a two-night hotel stay in downtown Louisville, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Jim Beam American Stillhouse distillery, and an “exclusive experience” with master distiller Fred Noe.
The packages went on sale on Monday and as you could probably guess, they sold out almost immediately. However, Beam says they’re planning on giving consumers multiple chances to snatch up the vacation as Father’s Day approaches, and will provide updates on their Facebook page when the sale goes live.
With that said, you might want to start looking into meat-scented candles if you miss out.
