Magician Justin Willman is back to breaking brains with his unique brand of magic and comedy. This time around he was a guest on the TODAY Show where he showed off his memorization of every zip code in America.
Why would Justin Willman go through the trouble of memorizing every zip code in America? That’s hard to say. He is a magician so I know there’s some trickery going on here.
Willman claims he was wearing two casts all Summer after breaking his arms and “couldn’t go to sports camps” which sounds like something someone who was never athletic would say… Justin says while he was holed up with two casts on his parents got him a zip code directory and we’re all just supposed to nod ‘yes’ as if that’s a normal thing that anyone has heard of.
But then Justin Willman goes around and quizzes everyone… and then moves off to quizzing crew members. Check it out:
There has to be some sort of a hack to this, right? Similar to the numbers used to break down highways that are east/west and north/south, and 2 vs 3 numbers, Justin Willman must have been able to crack the code with zip codes in America.
Because memorizing all 41,683 ZIP codes in the United States just seems fruitless. What would a kid get out of that? Or is his brain simply wired in a way that the information sticks like glue?
