13 years ago, Kate Upton broke the internet when she was filmed doing “The Dougie” at a Los Angeles Clippers game.

Upton, now 31-years-old and married to Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander with a daughter, Kate has finally joined TikTok (and as of this writing has less than 1,000 followers, something that is sure to rapidly change once people get a look at her first effort).

So what did the legendary Sports Illustrated swimsuit model choose to do for her first TikTok post?

Naturally, she did “The Dougie.”

“Teach me how to TikTok…? #dougie,” Upton wrote in the description to the video.

Yep, she’s still got it.

Doesn’t look a day older than when we interviewed her in 2012, shortly after she blew up.

And for you poor souls who have no idea what I am referring to when I refer to Upton’s “Dougie” dance, here is the original that sent her fame into the stratosphere 13 years ago.

Those that do remember Kate Upton doing “The Dougie” back in the day will also remember the legendary video of her doing the “Cat Daddy” just a short time later.

Unlike the “Dougie” video, Kate Upton wasn’t very happy about the “Cat Daddy” clips being online.

Vogue UK reported in 2015, “Upton was horrified because the behind-the-scenes video had been filmed for fun, not something she expected would make the final cut.”

She said she told photographer Terry Richardson, who filmed the video and released it without her knowledge, “That was disrespectful, you could have told me!'”

Upton did admit, however, in the same interview, “Now, obviously, it’s fine.” No kidding.

Something else that was fine was model Carlie Whalen recreating Kate Upton’s iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover from 2013 for Halloween this year. Be sure to check out those pics here. You won’t regret it.
