Kristen Bell says that when her husband compliments other women, he's flirting with her
Kristen Bell isn’t worried about her husband Dax Shepard flirting with other women. Not that he doesn’t do it, but because when he does, he’s ACTUALLY flirting with her.
During her recent appearance on husband Dax Shepard’s podcast, Frozen franchise star Kristen Bell explained that whenever Shepard compliments another woman, what he’s actually doing is flirting with his wife (married men — we wouldn’t recommend trying this one at home.

“That’s how I know [Dax is] flirting with me a lot,” Bell said. “We’ll be at dinner and like he’ll say to the waiter or waitress, he’ll go, ‘Wow, you have incredible eyelashes, gorgeous eyes. Great, great job.’”
According to Bell it’s “flirting with me because he just made someone else feel good and that “to know that my partner actively smiles at people and gives them compliments’ gets her “going.”
Like many of the viral quotes from Bell and Shepard in recent years, the response on social media has largely been one of TMI.
“Girl either leave him or keep us out of it,” one viral tweet pleaded.
“Kristen I will pay you money to stop telling us about your marriage,” a second popular post joked.
“Everything I’ve learned about this man has been against my will,” a third bemoaned.
Bell and Shepard started dating in 2007 after meeting at a mutual friend’s birthday dinner and married in a private ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse on October 17, 2013. They have two daughters, Lincoln, born in March 2013, and Delta, born in December 2014.
Bell was on Armchair Expert to promote her popular Netflix series Nobody Wants This. Coincidentally, the same can be said of the inner workings of Bell and Shepard’s marriage.
