The 2018 Oscars were, let’s face it, pretty boring. No mix-ups of the winners at all this year. Boo! I give the entire thing a C-minus. That being said, Macaulay Culkin’s running commentary of the 90th Annual Academy Awards? A+.

The now 37-year-old Home Alone star has been enjoying a nice little resurgence in fame over the past few months. After pretty much disappearing for a decade or so, Culkin is back with a new podcast that he’s been promoting and even joined Twitter a little less than a month ago.

It was there that the best part of 2018’s Oscars night took place with Culkin giving a very unique running commentary on the event that only someone with a warped sense of humor combined with the inside knowledge of how the film industry works can give.

Culkin truly went all-in Sunday night, tweeting dozens of times throughout the evening. Some of his tweets were jokes, some were just odd, and some were absolute burns on other actors. Here are some highlights.

Oh, wow. The Man Show. I forgot about Kimmel doing that.

This is true.

Long overdue.

I feel you, brother.
